Warm up - 5:00
In this warm up Ada combines basic squat moves with upper body range of motion moves to help you get warmed up and ready for the workout.
Cardio - 5:50
Great combinations of lower and upper body low impact aerobics moves to help get the heart rate going and help increase the body*s metabolic rate. Make sure you drink enough water and stay hydrated!
Strength - 8:00
In this muscle toning workout Ada and her basic training team focus on your back, biceps, buttocks and abdominal muscles. Light weights are used for extra resistance while one of the team members demonstrate how you can do the workout using only your own body weight as an option.
Cool down - 5:00
In this segment you are flat on your back while doing gentle exercises to help elongate and stretch your thigh and buttocks muscles and cooling you off from the workout.
