The segments focuses on reshaping your shoulders through lateral raises and front raises, attention is also given to the triceps muscles of the back of the arms as well as the thighs and buns through dynamic and static exercises. The segment finishes with a solid abs tightening routine paying special attention to the oblique muscles.
