Ada and her crew take you through low impact moves involving big upper and lower body moves to help raise the heart rate for an effective easy to follow cardio routine.

In this strength and toning segment light weights are used (from 1 to 8 pounds) to help you tone the back muscles, biceps, and buttocks with a variety of squats and lunges and we finish this segment with tummy flattening exercises.
Cool down - 5:00
Ada takes you through seated floor stretches to help elongate your thigh and hamstring muscles and to cool you down.
