How do I change my Membership plan?
You can change your Gilad TV membership plan at any time. The method used to manage your membership plan depends on how you signed up. If you purchased your Gilad TV membership directly on your iOS device or Apple TV then your subscription is managed through your iTunes App Store Account. Similarly if you purchased on Roku or Amazon, your subscription is managed by the third party platform.
How to manage plan when subscribed on:
To change your membership plan, sign in and visit your My Account page. Then select Change Plan to view and change available membership plans.
You can manage your subscriptions in Settings on your iOS device, iTunes on your Mac or PC, or on Apple TV.
From device home screen:
- Go to Settings > iTunes & App Store
- Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen
- Tap view Apple ID. You might need to sign in or use Touch ID
- Tap Subscriptions
- Tap Gilad TV
- Use the options to manage your subscription
