General warm up for the entire body getting you ready for what is to come.
Cardio - 5:30
Powering through this low impact aerobic workout will help you burn fat and shed off excess pounds. The Coast Guard team joins in as well!
Strength - 8:00
Light dumbbells anywhere from 1 to 8 pounds are used for extra resistance. You can do the workout without weights as well for starts. Ada focuses on the triceps (back of the arm) working them in different positions for best results, then she works the buns and thighs with dynamic moves and static holds. The chest muscles are also given special attention. The abs section at the end of the segment will challenge you!

This stretch segment focuses on lower back stretches in a seated position and on upper body stretches.
